The pay is way too low for current cost of living

There is rarely support besides what the company issues out. There are only few ways to promote. You will not get a yearly raise or bonus unless the whole company does well. They haven't been doing well. The HR department does little to help your concerns and will allow retaliation, even when documented and reported. They try not let you take your legal 15 min breaks.
