Pros
loved my peers ( sales associates) who were a group of hardworking, conscientious, kind, talented women.
Cons
Low pay, punitive and archaic managerial styles which includes disappointing coaching and neglect from the district manager. Management can be punitive, give mixed messages as to expectations which fluctuate radically on a daily basis. The staff is unhappy and feels they are treated poorly by management yet they love the job so stay as long as they can until they can no longer stand it. Management does not do exit interviews so is not interested in making the culture better. The environment is toxic. Morale is low which is why there is a constant change of employees. Customers notice. It's NOT good.
