Wonderful Brand Pride throughout company!! Beautiful quality product and a generous associate discount. Our customers are truly some of the best people I have encountered in my twenty plus years of retail management which makes my job a pleasure everyday.

Cons

Improve upon the communication piece to stores. We need crystal clear direction and communication in a timely manner. Our pace is quick and urgent daily. In the field we don't have time to second guess direction because it is delivered in a bits and pieces without all necessary information.

Pros

-Discount if you shop there. -Flexibility with scheduling. -Nice customers.

Cons

-Would cut hours during the shift if they did not make sales goals. Working two out of five hours is not what I was promised. -Very rude managers and cliquey environment for a bunch of middle-aged women. -Expect you to remember everyone's name (they think it helps increase sales). -Writes cards to customers for shopping with them (out of date practice). -They did not truly care about the people that came in and would lie to them whether if outfits looked right or not while they tried them on. Customers pointed this out to me and would ask for honest advice from me instead since I was new. I had to repeatedly apologize to people for the other workers' behavior like if they were too pushy, etc.

leadership really aims to live their company mantra, mission, values. Ideas are heard openly, and considered in all aspects

Cons

role is all encompassing and pay does not necessary reflect all the different hats that are worn during the role. Scheduling in call center does not allow for a work/life balance with a family at home
