Pros

Love the alignment that clearly exists among and across the executive leadership team all working towards a collaborative customer strategy. There is a "buzz" of excitement across the organization as we navigate through a cultural change that is completely focused on the customer's agenda while being aware of how the employees are or will be aligned to the customer focused objectives.

Cons

With change and a test and learn approach, some can feel under appreciated, misunderstood or left behind. Extra communication and thoughtful interactions by the leadership team are important to execute well to offset the effects of significant change and to ensure everyone is "on board" from a vision perspective.
