Stay away - worked here as a "Business Development Manager" but really they just want desperate people to do phone sales

Literally no pros. Would leave this section totally blank except there's a 20-word minimum. See next section for everything I have to say about the company.

Cons

Very unprofessional staff (they mostly hire desperate people) and even more unprofessional management. Unethical business tactics - the majority of the recruiting team works from India but claims to be in Houston. One employee has had legal action taken against him in California for not paying his contractors. CEO comes off as greedy and selfish - seems not to care about his clients or staff at all, often yells at them in meetings when things don't go his way. Very high turnover because of these internal issues.

Talent Logic contacted me about working for Coca-Cola last year, and was able to let me work for Coke twice.

Cons

Talent Logic has a rule of waiting one month before the first paycheck is paid on the 15th or 30th of the next month. That does hold the contractor responsible for working the minimum 30 days before receiving the first check, so as to keep the contractor on the job for the client, and that is understandable to a degree. That first month is when I have to live on my savings, and I'm glad I had savings to pay my mortgage, in particular. Waiting 2 weeks at most is better.
