Worst company. Owner of the company Siva Tayi is very arrogant and he thinks that employees are his slaves and he will use abusive language. This company has a bad reputation in the market and all the reviews are fake they removed all negative reviews. I strongly recommend not to accept job offer because they fire people without any prior notice period and doesn't have any values or ethics. The management is pathetic

Talent Logic really held my hand throughout the application and interview process. They were patient and guided me step-by-step, ensuring I understood what was required for the job. They were great at keeping the lines of communication open. They were prompt in their responses and checked in frequently to see how things were going. They really went to bat for me when it came to negotiating my salary. They made sure my worth was acknowledged and fought for a fair compensation package.

The greatest advantage of working at TLI in sales is the direct access to the boss (SIVA), whose expertise in every aspect of work and life is exceptional.
