Manpower Group as a whole truly embodies inclusion, work life balance and growing their employees to take them to the next level.

Cons

One con would be that there are not corporate events/in person meetings. It would be nice to be able to meet our co-workers in person, as a large number of us are remote.

working remote, a good placeholder before you find a better job

Cons

maximum 2.5% raise each year. Managers are not provided with enough funds to increase pay to match cost of living. the highest raise that was given in my group was 4% to a person who is incredibly senior and who is doing the job of project manager, director, resource professional, trainer and more.
