Pros

Joined during the pandemic and working from home from the first day still the management team is very humble and friendly to communicate. Kudos to Ekta Mediratta for maintaining a friendly and positive environment even when everybody is at home. The workflow is smooth and not a burden. The compensation and benefits are good. The commission structure is praiseworthy and transparent. A good culture and place to be associated with.

Cons

None that should be mentioned. All is well.
