I had the privilege of working through TalentBurst (Varun Grover) for a contract opportunity at Corning Inc. Let me say that Varun was so nice and understanding of any issues I had. Simple acts, such as asking how my first day of work went, go a long way in making happy employees. Varun did all this. Varun not only did the latter, but for a young, 19-year-old college kid who has little experience with tax forms and onboarding documents, Varun made it seem so easy and simple. Put simply, thank you, TalentBurst!

Worked with different agencies before, so far talentburst has been the best one in terms of how responsible and responsive they are in the onboarding experience.

Cons

Too many unbooked phone calls. Maybe consider shooting candidates email instead of making phone calls any time
