1. Management is nice and supportive. I have had the freedom to work the way i want, without micromanagement and fear 2. The employment facilities and benefits are lucrative. 3. Work life balance 4. Ekta (heading India team) has been sweet and nice to all the employees. She has been an exemplary head for all of us. 5. The company goes the extra mile to help the employees during personal crisis and accommodates almost all the things requested by the employees. 6. Cab facility is there for both the side and it is for free 7. Free meal service and a superb pantry at office 8. Good culture with decent level of competition and definitely no threats

1. Please improve the quality of food. Sometimes the taste is not too favourable to the palate.

One of the best rewarding, engaging & collaborative organizations I have worked in so far. I've been with Talentburst for some time and the management has always been taking care of its employees. Extremely supporting staff specifically India operations it's outstanding, keeping a positive & healthy environment. The people here are most empathetic and truly understand and address their team members' needs and concerns.
