Pros
Good working environment; Tremendous learning opportunities; Great people to work with; Relatively flexible hours; Quick and easy to get on board. Furthermore, I can't say enough about my manager, who is kind, witty, empathetic, and patient! Though I just came to be an assistant for a very short term, my manager gave me many opportunities to show my capability. I could also deliver results with fresh designs and new concepts.

The company is young, some company systems are still developing.
