Pros

Talkdesk is a true rocketship of a company. The revenue and customer growth is tremendous and the company has doubled in employee count in the last three months. Everyone is really smart and hard-working. It starts with the founders. They have built a greatly talented team around themselves to take the company to the next stage.

Cons

As in any fast growing startup, the challenge is continuing the growth and scaling the company.

Great location and smart/friendly staff.

Cons

Hypocritical management team going against values and questionable practices. The COO has not previously scaled a start-up to a mid-size company. The blind leading the blind.
