Pros

Remote, easy hiring process, consistent pay

Cons

Ops staff talk down to therapists, PCC support staff is 50/50 on if they will follow through with their tasks, 35 client sessions per week, bonus structure is poorly defined and often not adhered to due to reporting errors with the system, treat therapists as second class citizens behind Operations & Psychiatric staff

Pros

Great peers ( they do not stay long) Assist with pay for license renewal ( if you leave within 6mo of payment you will be asked to pay back, if you do not give 2 mo notice , they will ask for it back) Fully remote Pccs can assist with admin ( but there are basically yearly lay offs specifically for pccs, which means new staff often.

Cons

I added some important info to the pros that are also negative. The new expectation is for therapists to have 35 hours worth of clinical time. They " claim" they expect 80% but if you take pto your productivity is calculated incorrectly. If you discuss numbers with admin, they basically tell you that it is wrong. There is incentive but it is usually a hundred or so dollars. They now offer bonuses but they utilize inaccuracy metrics on their " score card" that is innaccurate which makes it almost impossible to receive. The salary roughly equals $36.00 an hour when clients are expected to pay $163.00 an hour. The company feels therapists are replaceable and staff leave frequently, there is no attempt to keep them. Therapists are given no admin time, they feel it is not needed, secretly they think that we are only cash cows.
