Pros

It seems like everyone’s priority is to provide good patient care. As a physician, you are allowed to practice medicine in your style and are given more than enough time per patient to give thorough treatment. It’s a fast growing company so you have to be comfortable with growth and some change but there is lots of admin support for clinical issues, technical issues, scheduling issues, etc. I also like that my income is based on how much I want to work which allows for me to have good work life balance but also able to plan for times when I needed more income. Management and executive officers are supportive and approachable.

Cons

There are scribe services but I would like more AI tools to make documentation more efficient

Pros

I've had a great experience working at Talkiatry! It's been amazing to be a part of a group of dedicated physicians and providers that value providing quality care and improving access to mental health treatment around the country. I feel that I have autonomy, flexibility, and work life balance.

Cons

The company does a great job at checking in with employees and has made a safe environment to reach out for help!

Pros

Talkiatry is focused on ethical, professional care. They are caring, knowledgeable professionals looking to increase patients ability to reach psychiatric care. I enjoy being able to work completely remote. I enjoy working with others who care about patients and about staff. They work hard to reach out to each employee and to hear any concerns you have.

Cons

Working remote sometimes makes it harder to interact with other staff. However, Talkiatry does everything in their power to lessen any feeling of isolation.
