- Dollar payment well… that is it, don’t expect anything more.

Cons

- Low payment rate - No paid timeoff, vacations, etc… - They don’t care about you… they just think you are a kind of machine who just write code - HR is useless

Your contract can be terminated in the same day with no warnings or pre feedbacks, lack of empathy with the collaborator, felt disrespected as a professional
