The company has some great people who want to do the right thing and add value. Working with THOSE people make it worthwhile.

Cons

1. Toxic Positivity 2. Bait and Switch benefits (especially stock and bonuses) 3. Deaf "Leadership" 4. Mean Girls and "Yes" Men 5. Indecisive Sr. Management 6. Safety is NOT a priority -- Doesn't even come in a close second 7. Lack of Accountability 8. Wrong People in the Wrong Seats
