Pros

Kim Fitzsimmons, the CEO, brings her dog to the office - very cool! Scott & Greg are excellent managers, bringing a balance of company solidarity with individual autonomy so vital to sales. Megan & Leslie have been fantastic HR Support.

Cons

Customer Boarding after the Deal is signed could be improved.

Your partnership in this growth stage is important for our future success! Our team is here to support collateral distribution, but it takes some planning. If you know what you need ahead of time (5 business days), our team can ship the material out to you. Worse case when those unexpected opportunities present themselves and you have to print locally, just submit the expense through our reimbursement process so we can get that out of pocket processed promptly!

Pros

Leadership always makes themselves available to collaborate with all levels of the company. Being able to call a VP or our CEO and discuss projects makes me more efficient.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of anything that Talus does that would be considered a con.

We are right there with you when it comes to development! We have a fantastic learning management system in place that is under-utilized for self development. We're trying to build the learning from within using our current tools and resources. However, when there are outside opportunities (like certifications, conferences and networking) feel free to discuss a preferred annual event with your supervisor and present how the investment can be applied within the organization through your experience and growth!
