Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Leadership finds ways to cut corners and not train you Management is incompetent and inappropriate to employee's Upper management will not acknowledge you and see's you as a number Training does not exist - it's a formality and no one actually cares about training you on products. They train you on how to be a corporate slave. If you have a concern about unethical sales practices it will be ignored and you will be written up They try to pay everyone starting out at the company the least amount possible, and do not consider today's cost of living Management will ask you personal questions that has nothing to do with work just to make you feel uncomfortable No raises are given out unless the company itself makes money - which is funny because they have 100's of account closing every day

Thank you for your feedback. As with any company, we certainly have our opportunities too! The team that you worked with did need a lot of development and re-work, which is why the role was added to support that process. Change takes time, consistency and patience. We're continuing that journey and making positive progress. We're not for everybody but appreciate your time with Talus and we wish you continued success.

Pros

None! they offet you the world and when you enter production, you are on your own, terrible, no growth or support

Cons

Micro management is horrible, they overhire and then after a few months lay you off without any notice, and they lie during training about all this benefits, bonuses and perks, but you never see them after.

Pros

Good conservative company to work for, especially if your tired of being around a bunch of "woke" individuals.

Cons

pay is bad, training wasn't good. they spend a whole bunch of money sending people out to training in Dallas Texas, when they could increase your bi-weekly pay of 362 dollars every two weeks. And the commission isn't that good. I knew a guy that brought in about 45 accts and was only making a little over 3,200 dollars in commission. I knew another guy that had 21 accts and he was bringing in 800 bucks. I had 6 accts by the time I left and I was barely breaking in 1,700-1800 because my accts we're a lil more robust. I went from making 4,100 a month at Uber eats to like some months with Talus at 600-700 dollars, and then when my commissions finally came in, I was making a lil over 2 thousand dollars LOL! if you wanna live with roommates or family this is the job for you. Your better off seeking a better agency and then becoming an ISO.

Thank you for your feedback! We're committed to ensuring Talus Pay is a great place to work and our culture is very important part of this. While we are certainly not perfect, we strive to provide a supportive environment through our onboarding process, to training and incentive compensation plans to promote growth and success. It's by no means a "get rich quick" model, but we believe in and have team members that have achieved the rewards of this compensation strategy in the field. We hope that you are doing well and finding success in your new role.
