Thank you for your feedback! As discussed in the interview process, we have an entrepreneurial model that rewards productivity. Yes, the base is low, but it's not meant to be the driving force. The ramp up incentive program, the residual commissions is where the program really excels. It's a tough first year, but talk with more tenured team members, join the weekly calls, leverage the training repository to develop those skills and get your questions answered. We appreciate your feedback and will apply it toward our continuous improvement strategy.
