Leadership always makes themselves available to collaborate with all levels of the company. Being able to call a VP or our CEO and discuss projects makes me more efficient.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of anything that Talus does that would be considered a con.

We are right there with you when it comes to development! We have a fantastic learning management system in place that is under-utilized for self development. We're trying to build the learning from within using our current tools and resources. However, when there are outside opportunities (like certifications, conferences and networking) feel free to discuss a preferred annual event with your supervisor and present how the investment can be applied within the organization through your experience and growth!

I have honestly enjoyed working with Talus since the moment I started. All employees are so welcoming , even in the virtual setting. Each department is also so willing to help at any moment. My superior has been more than amazing at helping me learn my new role.
