Pros

As an employee, you are valued in the organization and the management really cares for you. You get a chance to learn a lot about every aspect of the business. There is plenty of opportunity for individual growth. Working here doesn't get boring at all. The culture here is friendly and the company values are just great. The management is supportive and motivating. They also have fun activities each month called as "Talus Tuesday"

Cons

Resources are a little tight, but it's getting better day by day.

Casual and Friendly with Opportunities! What more can you ask for from the place you spend most of your day at? From the day I started working with this company, management referred to us as a large family. It has and continues to have that vibe! There as been exciting changes this year and I look forward to growing with them!

Cons

As with any company that is growing there are hiccups but management notices and acts quickly to resolve.
