Yo are able to get as many hours as you would like as long as you are in a unit where others are not competing for those same hours. Also there is always the factor of helping other people. They also give away a generous amount of things for your birthday and holidays.

Cons

The pay is horrible. You make at least $2 more at any other hospital in the area. Other than that nothing bad.
