Great for the first few years.

Cons

Ridiculously low pay scale cap. The longer you stay the less you take home. Benefits and cost of living continue to rise, yet once you max out you make less and less compared to your peers. Only position that matters to management is the RN. Everyone is expendable. Management doesn't grasp the fact not everyone wants to be an RN.
