      Pros

      -Great mobility. You move up quickly if you put in the work and get credit where credit is due -Friendly staff & partners -Fun groups, like the book club, allow you to get to know your coworkers better and share an interest -Also, fun office-wide events, like potlucks and bake-offs and costume contests! These little things make a big difference, especially during a stressful week -Community service-oriented. Staff is encouraged to donate to a nominated charity once per month and the company matches the overall donation

      Cons

      -The recruiters are the stars. Other departments still get credit and rewarded for hard work, but seem to work in the recruiters' shadows.

      Defintiely a place to grow, you're rewarded if you do well, fun environment and great mentors

      Cons

      Busy work environment and working on the temp side can be difficult trying to manage a lot of people at once.
