      PTO if you even are allowed to use it

      Cons

      Horrible management, hired more then they could afford and did a mass layoff right before the holidays like cowards. Even the manager there said they will leave soon due to upper management issues. Not even a reputable staffing agency. A sinking ship.

      There are some awesome people here.

      Cons

      All you need to know is that Tandym lost a combined 100+ years of experience in 2023. C-level, VPs, Managing Directors, entire teams…and those people left by choice. Yes, lay-offs did see a lot of experience pushed out, but there were a lot of voluntary departures made by critical, tenured staff as well. The current C-Suite and the private equity firm that owns the company drove away some of their best talent and the firm is worse off for it.

      Some good people work here.

      Cons

      CEO doesn't have skin in the game only greed just closed the Life Sciences Division without any notice. Board and Exec. leadership do not have staffing experience only in this for the buy out and sell date.
