      My coworkers were great. Hard working, dependable and fun.

      Cons

      High turnover and management/partners doesnt really care about developing you. The minute you stop producing, your done. No coaching or help or guidance. Just "here's the door". Pretty scary place to work.

      Our Senior Management team and our Managers spend a significant amount of time developing their teams, so I am disappointed that you feel that you did not get that experience. The recruiting industry is a sales business, so although we do not have set metrics, we do have goals for our staff and expect them to be productive.       Pros

      You will know relatively quickly if you can be good at recruiting. They will try their best to train you in their ways of conducting business. You could get off to a quick start.

      Cons

      The Partners are very short tempered and verbally abusive. This "quality" permeates the management levels of the company with very few exceptions. The nicer people leave the company.
