      Pros

      A lot of room for growth, potential to make a lot of money, independence, centrally located in NYC-easy commute from anywhere, fast paced corporate environment with hard working people and excellent very thorough hands on training.

      Cons

      A lot of information to absorb when you are brand new but will get easier with time! If you are looking to slack off and not work hard this isn’t the environment for you.

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity for growth, you can make a lot of money, and great people in general. There is a lot of hard work that you have to put in, but you get rewarded ten fold.

      Cons

      Long hours, but they're not a problem for me.
