      Pros

      The culture here speaks for itself, everyone is close inside the office as well as outside of the office. There's a strong team feel that you don't necessarily get at other agencies. The partners are hands on and understand the business, and there's a great career path for candidates who come in as new grads.

      Cons

      Every office has its cons (politics, drama, gossip), but it's honestly not terrible here. Gossip and drama is at a minimum, there just might need to be clearer lines of communication.
