There are too many red flags here

At Tango Analytics, not a day goes by without hearing the management yell at the employees. The work environment here is very distressing because of the all constant yelling and verbal abuse that employees get from the managers who cannot be pleased. The hostile and aggressive managers foster fear and anxiety among the employees, and this is a huge red flag.

i gotta say that it's a competitive product. Marketing team is good - They even write a high rating review in Glassdoor disguised as employees.

Cons

You sign up for a stagnant career. You notice this right away Management barely listens to anyone. 'anyone can be replaced' - their culture Work environment is toxic because of some key people Upper management is rude and intimidating when addressing employee issues Less Pay - way less than industry standards

Had great coworkers on the small team I was on

Sometimes I felt like I was in the twilight zone. All male employees were called up to a meeting on the 2nd floor (at the time, not sure if they're still in the same office space) conference room where the CEO explained that someone has been continually peeing on the floors of the bathroom. He started to cry about it. The same CEO cried during a company movie event (the hobbit 3, another weird selection) while giving a toast. Maybe it's just me but repeatedly crying during company addresses is strange.
