Pros
This is definitely a great company to work for. Since it is smaller than other companies, it has a much more relaxed atmosphere and as long as you do the work, you shouldn't encounter much stress. Great group of people as well and the upper management team is easily accessible if needed.
Cons
The Salary is a little lower than at other software companies and there are no yearly bonuses.
