      - Flexibility in work schedule - Lots of intra-team support + excellent culture - Wide variety of skills applicability to daily workflow - Excellent Management - Many growth paths - Fair compensation + good benefits

      Cons

      - Hard and very thorough interview - Can be stressful as you feel like you constantly know nothing - Have to be prepared to step up even in situations where you aren't fully confident - No office alternative for remote workers with no proximity to office

      Pros

      The salary is very high compared to other same-level jobs, and the work is not that hard if you have the above-average understanding of IT. Since the product is not a critical network element that could cause customers lose money, it is not as stressed.

      Cons

      The management has problems with communicating in general. There are not many career growth opportunities in Support, but that might not be a bad thing considering the size of the company.
