Pros
Great team since the entire company works as one team, and when requiring help there are always plenty of resouces and people to ask. My first year has been amazing.
Cons
changing working times due to customer request is something i did not sign up for. Feel expenses policy can improve when most get them for customer visits but when having to work onsite with a customer on a longer term is not provided
