      Pros

      It starts at the top with great leadership who are skillful at running a sound and healthy business and also care about the wellbeing of employees. Beyond that, getting to work with some of the brightest and best individuals to tackle difficult problems together is very rewarding.

      Pros

      Good benefits and unlimited time off. Full remote environment.

      Cons

      Within my less than 2 years of working in this organisation I’ve seen 3 rounds of layoffs without warning, there is a lack of sense of stability. The contract is also designed in a way whereas Tanium would bear little cost in an event of termination. Management seems to be always changing and there’s different strategy every other month. (But this is common among fast growing startups)
