      Your good performance is valued and rewarded here. There are so many opportunities to grow and follow your interests.

      Cons

      Being on the cutting edge of tech we have to be able to turn on a dime and you have to embrace change here. Actually this is really more of a positive.

      Pros

      Great culture, everyone is willing to help. Senior management is willing to listen and act on suggestions. Great benefits and salary. The ability to work remotely. Always innovative. the Tanium platform is easy to use and not as expensive as people think.

      Cons

      Because of the innovative nature bugs appear in the product, ensure the platform has a stable build across the piece for customers who want that and let the customers who want to be bleeding edge let them upgrade to the latest and greatest. Sometimes the communication could be better, especially from the executive team. We seem to suddenly stop doing things without an explanation of why. Have a central location for all internal collateral. These items are probably over critical, as they are just added to fill in this section.

      The startup mindset is nice, people are engaged and always up to help.

      Cons

      Covid stop meeting but that's not Tanium fault... The solution is not yet well known.
