      Pros

      The company culture is unbelievable. Everyone truly wants the best for you and will be there to help you succeed. Tanium reminds me of when my parents would say "Surround yourself with people that will make you better", because every day I get to meet or work with people that blow my mind with how intelligent they are, AND they are willing to help me rise up to their level! I love it here.

      Cons

      I do understand that some customers can be difficult, but that isn't 100% tanium related. And you can always work to get transferred to a different account.

      Pros

      I have been at Tanium for 4 years and it was the best career decision I have made. Every rep is attracted to the glimmer of a startup company that has massive potential but to actually find it and be able to find success is rare. Tanium is that company. The tech is game changing for customers and leadership continues to invest in it to keep their competitive edge. The organization, while having hierarchy, is very flat when it comes to asking for help or being able to reach out and give feedback. Everyone wants you to succeed and it fosters a collaborative culture. Also, while some startups get lost in their own sauce, leadership has maintained a very sober approach to what is working and what is not without letting tech startup fanboyism take away from the mission of delivering for our customers and pivoting where necessary based on the market. Also, work life balance here is great. Do you job well, then get out there and live your life.

      Cons

      Sales cycles can be long as you are usually selling to multiple departments. Also, being a newer company, it takes time to build up support over one of the bigger names to get approval.
