Pros
I only started here a few months ago and everyone has been so welcoming so far. Tanium did an amazing job of onboarding during COVID with an elaborate training with material. My team have been super supportive in providing the right resources and contacts to ensure I'm successful in my role. I'm really glad I took on the role to join the team!
Cons
No cons that I can think of. However, remote onboarding is more difficult compared to in-person when you don't get to meet the team but it'll be like that in all places that are hiring remotely during the pandemic.
