The culture is noticeably warmer than what you'll find at the Googles and Metas in the industry. Everyone is authentic and genuinely invested in one another's success, which holds true for new hires and existing employees alike. To add, the product itself is game-changing and something I feel proud to stand behind as an engineer. All in all, I can easily say that being a part of the Tanium team has gone a long way to restore both my own passion for what I do and confidence in the tech industry in general. 10/10 recommend!
Cons
There have been a few toxic teams in the past, and a few may still exist that I am unaware of. But what sets Tanium a part from other employers is its leadership's investment in the employee experience, and their willingness to take action to fix less-than-ideal situations in constructive ways. Which speaks volumes about the company's core values (in a positive way, that is).
