      Great people but incompetent leadership

      •Customers love the product still •Legitimately novel and impressive software •The people here are incredible

      Cons

      •I’ve been supporting software that is constantly broken in some way for years. Management prioritizes new features over fixing the software existing customers pay for. •”Re-organizations” multiple times a year for the last few years •Stagnant wages •Vague non-promises to IPO for years. Either do it or don’t.

      Marketers Think Twice

      Great base pay and good solutions

      Cons

      Product marketing reports to the CTO PMM not involved in strategy, PMM only allowed to write solution briefs and do some enablement. Company has been without a CMO for over 6 months. The other marketing functions are siloed and territorial.

      Pros

      Initial pay and benefits is great. Hybrid office schedule is really nice. The office I work out of is in a great location. Culture is great so far. There's a collaborative spirit here when it comes to the Engineering/IT side of the company. Lots of opportunities for volunteer work. Company seems to believe in investing in employees as a way to improve the overall company.

      Cons

      Remote work seems to be on the out, so if that's something you're looking for, this might not be the company for you.
