      Good Pay and compensation at the moment.

      Cons

      Too many to list. The worst part is that they bring over toxic culture from the Deutsche Bank rejects to infect Tanium with. After that they start to multiply as the one Deutsche Bank reject invites his/her former friends from Deutsche Bank to join him /her. Yeah you know who I'm talking about if your reading this! But on a serious note, This was once a great company to work for, too bad it aint so anymore.

      Pros

      As we wrap up another year, I've been reflecting on how grateful I am for my experience here at Tanium. I've been with Tanium for over a year and have had the opportunity to turn colleagues into friends, oversee projects and solve tough business challenges. I've never had this level of autonomy, trust and support at any other company I've worked for. I feel valued for the work I do and seen as a human being, not just an employee. If you have the opportunity to work here, don't think twice about joining this team.

      Cons

      The benefits could be better - very little external reimbursement for education and a 3k match on your 401k.
