      Pros

      Co-workers are great, general company culture is relaxed and generally stress free. Workload is manageable and interesting Benefits and insurance slowly improving. Free snacks, seasonal company events, great amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Pay and raises are low, communication between management and various departments could be better. Quality of book acquisitions is fairly hit or miss, unedited self published authors should be avoided.

      Great company culture, great coworkers and managers in audio

      Cons

      The pay is an absolute joke. How or why anyone stays at RB is beyond me, you need to have a partner make incredible money to survive off of Tantor’s pay.
