Pros

Great people working there. Awesome managers. Great benefit packages.

Cons

Location. Old Saybrook is an expensive town and unfortunately it's hard to find a place with the pay. The job itself is really boring, unless you are SUPER into audiobooks. Also not a lot of room for promotions, besides management. Skills learned here aren't that valuable in the job market as well.

Lots of good middle management, snacks in the break room, freedom from micromanagement.

Cons

HR needs more than 1 person, outdated and ableist policies, overwhelmingly white, abled, cis, straight staff despite a push for more diverse titles
