Pros

A lot of anonymity and room for growth.

Cons

A lot of top management controlling areas of the business that they weren't knowledgable about. Not a lot of departmental training. Terrible communication.

- there are some people who care about you - unlimited PTO

Cons

- many people could really care less how you are doing - encourages transparency, but upper management is not - not a lot of room for growth - leadership only cares for results, no emphasis on mental health

Pros

Great company with great leadership and culture. Weathered the COVID challenges excellently and have emerged as an innovator in the space. The Experian acquisition provides stability which is good.

Cons

working remotely has its downsides, but that applies to everyone these days
