      Pros

      Love the teamwork - everyone really tries to help each other and it's very supportive Great culture overall - people are awesome, lots of happy hours, snacks, lunches etc Benefits - 401k matching, free healthcare options, maternity leave is great.

      Cons

      There is sometimes not enough direction or feedback. Roles are not always clearly defined. Occasional mixed messaging from management.

      The people are very down to earth and always available to ask questions or help with issues.

      Pros

      Amazing and really smart people, who are super helpful and supportive! Learned a lot over the summer. Interns work on the same projects and codebases as the full time engineers and contribute to the products.

      Cons

      Some growing pains of expansion, need lot of self motivation to be good here. Both of these are not cons as much as statements of fact.
