Pros
- Tapad has a great work life balance atmosphere. People do take advantage of the flexible work from home policy and unlimited PTO. - There are a lot of opportunities for growth if you're are pro-active about learning, taking responsibility or suggesting good ideas. People do listen here and bureaucracy does not take precedent over innovation. - Tapad has some really experienced talented employees who are a pleasure to work with and it fits well with the engineering team's willingness to assess and implement new technology. - Tapad does appreciate and recognize the employees who work hard and are significant contributors. They are willing to meet requests from those employees and it's a meritocracy in that sense. - Tapad is doing well despite the turmoil in the wider ad tech ecosystem.
Cons
- Some of the programs/functions are a bit younger and there can be some pain points as they catch up.
