It's remote, and there's more autonomy!

Cons

Unclear structures, Tedious work that could be automated! Finance is a fast-moving sector of technology, so there should be a clear and consistent structure in place by the leadership to adapt to a growing market. I feel like there is little to no respect for the users of the app.
