Pros

The culture is great! Great people to keep me fully engaged while I'm at work and I feel listened to and supported if I'm not feeling so motivated. You are rewarded for your hard work in promotions and comp increases (after your first year.)

Cons

Because they are a startup there is a lot of work that needs to be done. Cannot just clock in and clock out. But the work is impactful in helping build a strong company and I feel like my efforts are making a difference.
