Pros

You will have amazing stories about the disfunction when you leave.

Cons

This was the worst working environment and executive team I have ever encountered. Avoid the regret and hit to your career and move on to other opportunities.

Pros

Great for employees who need a lot of hands on management and want constant interruptions and new tasks from the CEO.

Cons

All of the attention from the CEO will feel great until you realize that leadership only wants transactional activity (grit) - not longer term relationships. Sales incentives/bonuses are a constantly changing target set up so the house always wins.

Pros

Leniency, flexibility, and hybrid schedule. Good money.

Cons

Leadership is inconsistent and largely ineffective. There is a pattern of avoiding problems instead of solving them, limited operational knowledge at the leadership level, and frequent runarounds when employees seek guidance. Many leadership roles seem to be filled based on timing rather than capability, which negatively impacts structure, accountability, and employee trust.
