Management openly ignores any questions you post on slack. Butt kiss the few couriers who cry or whine consistently Favoritism from management to certain couriers. (Whiney ones who need their shifts dropped for stupid reasons get management to help them drop their shift via mass slack channel open call, while the rest of us have to go to work. no ifs ands or butts even if there is a legitimate reason cannot work. example: car blows tire or engine problems, bike blows tire, etc. ) Tapingo gives the couriers cell numbers out to the customers. (I can see why we need customers information such as an address and phone number, but the customer does not need OUR cell numbers to bombard us with calls while trying to deliver other orders or driving and biking.)

I suppose it depends the way you look at it, You work hard, and it can become very stressful. Tapingo is a startup however and if you have passion in what you do then this shouldn't matter.
