Average raise for 95% of workers is around 1 dollar per year , had a 25 cent raise a few years back. Targa Promised the world and a "No limit top out Pay " only to almost earn what my previous job paid 9 years later (actually 20 cents less), a Very True statement ! Company growth , New 1st time Management and High turnover rate have Morale at an all time low. Avoid at all cost if you're not from down yonder , that is unless you know someone who will shelter and push you into one of those Good Old Boy Positions.
