Pros

Great people to work with. Great vision and future planning pertaining to technology. Top leadership is young and motivating. You get to work from home 2 days a week.

Cons

Tight with money leading to the use of below industry standard software. Oil industry volatility can lead to inconsistent bonuses and promotions. Not a solid path for promotions leading to confusion as to what is required to get said promotions. The ticketing tool is mandatory for all work tracking and it’s created a less synergistic environment.
